State cashback: it works, here are the first refunds
State Cashback works. After a few days of difficulty, the reimbursement machine finally seems to be running and the IO application starts showing the expenses made with the registered payment methods. We have direct proof of this as evidenced by this screenshot.

State cashback: count the first expenses

We had anticipated it: it takes up to 72 hours for the purchases to be paid in shops with your credit card, debit card, ATM card or an application, they can appear in IO or in the apps of one of the affiliated issuers (in this case we have checked and the amount is also shown on Nexi Pay ).

In any case, there is no rush: the crediting of the accumulated refund to the IBAN will not take place before the end of February 2021, for everyone. As already written it is not a Click Day. The only thing to take into account is that for the purposes of the Cashback, only the expenses incurred following adhesion to the initiative will be counted. It cannot be ruled out that once this troubled first phase has been overcome, the timing for the count may be shortened:

Transactions are collected the day after the banking circuits have accounted for them. It can take up to 72 hours before you see the transaction on IO, although the process is usually faster.

Finally, remember that from today to December 31, 2020 you will need to perform at least 10 valid transactions to get that which was christened Christmas Extra Cashback. From January 2021 to June 2022, 50 will be needed every six months. The reimbursement will be for each of the periods equal to 10% of the expenses incurred: no more than 15 euros on the single purchase and up to a total maximum of 150 euros.
