Zotac has announced its new Magnus One mini-PC (ECM73070C), a compact system aimed at traditional and business users, gamers and content creators. Enclosed in a case measuring 265.5x249x126mm, Magnus One is equipped with an Intel Core i7-10700 processor, based on the Comet Lake architecture, which offers eight cores and sixteen threads. The 65W octa-core chip features a 2.9GHz base clock and an incredible 4.8GHz boost clock. Zotac combines the processor with the Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card for an optimal gaming experience. Powering the whole thing is a 500W 80 Plus Platinum PSU.

The mini-PC features two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots that support DDR4-2933 and DDR4-2666 memory modules. By default, the Magnus One comes with 16GB of memory, but can be expanded up to 64GB. From a storage standpoint, the mini-PC has room for a 2.5-inch hard drive or SSD, an M.2 2280 SSD, and an M.2 slot for Optane drives. Zotac's basic configuration includes a 512GB M.2 SSD and a 1TB 2.5-inch hard drive.

The Magnus One offers multiple video outputs with support for up to four displays simultaneously. The mini-PC provides one integrated HDMI 1.4 port, one HDMI 2.1 and up to three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs. In addition, there are two Ethernet ports, one standard Gigabit and one 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet driven by an unspecified Killer Ethernet controller. The mini-PC also features Wi-Fi 6 connectivity along with Bluetooth 5 functionality.

As for the connection with external peripherals, Magnus One has four USB 3.1 and four USB 3.0 ports, one of which is type C. There is also a 3 in 1 card reader for inserting microSD cards SD, SDHC or SDXC. As for the audio, only a 3.5mm jack is offered. However, eight-channel audio can be accessed via the HDMI port.

Zotac has yet to disclose the availability or price of Magnus One. However, it has already been spotted in pre-order at a store priced at $ 1,899.99.
