A new Zelda and a new console?
The start of the console and thus also of Breath of the Wild 2 is stated according to the leak with the next financial year. That would mean we'd get the Super Switch and the game either late this year or early 2022. But that doesn't have to mean that the new Zelda would no longer appear for the regular Switch.Let's assume the rumor comes true and Nintendo will release a Super Switch with The Legend of Zelda in late 2021 or early 2022: Breath of the Wild 2. The console would probably be affected by a similar shortage as the PS5 and Xbox Series X. In addition, many players do not switch to the start of a new generation of consoles. Therefore, Breath of the Wild 1 was also released for the WiiU. And it would probably be the same with BotW 2. Nintendo would definitely release the game for the Switch and Super Switch. The version for the new console could then of course look better and have a higher performance, possibly offer more details and greater foresight.
Nintendo has not yet confirmed this, so it is a rumor. We'll probably find out more later this year. At least via BotW 2 and possibly also via a new switch console.
