Destiny 2 Beyond the Light: nerf for Hunter Revenant's Stasis powers

Destiny 2 Beyond the Light: nerf for Hunter Revenant's Stasis powers
The Christmas holidays and the recent Iron Banner have allowed Bungie to collect a large amount of data regarding the unfolding of matches in Destiny 2 PvP Beyond the Light: special observed the Stasi, the new power of the Dark that has shuffled the cards on the table both in PvE and in the Crucible.

The surveys have translated into numbers what players had already ascertained by competing in arenas throughout the Solar System, namely that the Hunter's Revenant subclass is far too strong . For this reason, Bungie has come up with some tweaks to correct its Stasi abilities that will take effect with Destiny 2 patch 3.0.2, which is scheduled for release on Tuesday, January 19. The goal, quite simply, is to reduce the power of Shattering Plunge and Whisper of Faults against the Guardians.

Hunter Revenant | Patch 3.0.2 Changes

Shattering Plunge

Now takes damage decay against unfrozen targets; Damage at max range reduced from 50 to 5; Decreased damage reduction during skill from 50% to 25%. Whisper of faults

Reduction of maximum and minimum damage against non-super players from 42 to 22 and from 30 to 4; Reduction of maximum and minimum damage against super players from 42 to 22 and from 16 to 2; Reduction of the blast radius against players from 10 to 9m. After the launch of patch 3.0.2, Bungie technicians will be monitoring the Titans Behemoths, in order to understand how they will fit in the PvP hierarchy after the changes to the Hunter's Stasis. In the long run, however, the company aims to improve the classes of the weaker Guardians and to review the balance between the use of skills and the use of weapons, which in the current goal, thanks to the introduction of new ways to recharge them, is in favor of the prime.
