Spider-Man Miles Morales: ray-traced mode and 60 FPS available with the update
With the arrival of a new generation of consoles, games open up to a new normal: the ability to select various types of performance, for example giving priority to resolution, frame rate or ray tracing. Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales, the recent game from Insomniac Games, is one of them. Now, thanks to a new update, it includes a 1080p, ray-tracing and 60 FPS option.

The information comes from Twitter user @ ax_zer0, later reported on ResetEra. As you can see at the bottom of the news, the new update introduces the aforementioned mode. Previously, there was no mode available that combined ray tracing and 60 FPS: the choice was an aut.

Obviously, in order to get both benefits, you need to accept some compromises: the quality of the reflections should be lower than 30 FPS Ray-tracing mode, also the pedestrian density is lower. Insomniac Games defines this mode as "an alternate version of the performance mode".

Marvel's Spider-Man update Miles Morales brings the game to version 1.007.001 and weighs 261.9 MB: it is therefore an update very minimal that you can download in no time.
