Nvidia: DLSS activated on four new games
Nvidia, which has just launched its new range of graphics cards, continues its work on DLSS and today announces that four new titles now integrate the functionality.

Nivida announces that DLSS can be activated in several new games during the month. Since December 3, CRSED: F.O.AD., formerly known as Cuisine Royale, has this feature, as has Mount & Blade since yesterday. Scavengers will benefit from this very soon as technical tests begin today, while Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord will be entitled to it later in the month. A total of 33 games can now take advantage of DLSS.

As a reminder, DLSS is a technology allowing the use of tensor cores (specific computation units) in order to enlarge a game rendered in low resolution towards a higher resolution, while keeping a high quality . For example, an image generated in 1080p will appear to the player in 1440p thanks to this process, which very roughly "fills" the gaps. According to Nvidia, the improvements are as follows in terms of performance:

DLSS increases performance by up to 40% in CRSED: FOAD, which means that each GeForce RTX GPU can run the game in 4K at -over 90 FPS. DLSS more than doubles the frame rate in Moonlight Blade, meaning each GeForce RTX GPU can run the game in 4K beyond 60FPS. DLSS boosts performance by up to 50% in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, which means every GeForce RTX GPU can run in 4K above 60FPS. DLSS boosts performance by up to 40% in Scavengers, which means each GeForce RTX 30 Series GPU can run in 4K above 60FPS.
