New LG Gram 2021: the 16-inch weighs just 1.19Kg
The official announcement of the new LG Gram 2021 arrives, the 16 ″ model has a record weight, only 1.19 Kg.

LG's new ultrabook is called Gram 16, with a new 16-inch display for this series of products, which is in addition to the 15 and 17 inch versions. The new 16 ″ actually replaces the old 15.6 ″, which is not updated for 2021.

The technical features leave no room for many compromises, with the '' implementation of the new 11th generation Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors, RAM up to 16GB and high performance M.2 NVME SSD. The graphics sector is instead entrusted to Intel's new integrated Iris Xe GPUs, which should guarantee performance far superior to previous versions.

The 16-inch variant of the new LG Gram 2021 would seem most interestingly, the display is a 16-inch IPS in WQXGA 2560 × 1600 resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. This is an upgrade over the FullHD 1080p display equipped by the previous 15.6-inch version. Excellent equipment of input / output ports with 2 Thunderbolt 4, 2 USB 3.1, an HDMI output and a micro-SD compartment.

Among the novelties we also point out the new trackpad, which is enlarged by 55% compared to the models previous.

LG Gram 16 weighs just 1.19Kg, a value that earned LG the award as the lightest 16 inches on the market. The company has stated that despite such a low weight, there should be no impact on the autonomy of the laptop.



The new LG Gram series will arrive in Europe in the coming months, but we have no confirmation yet o official dates for arrival on the Italian market.
