It Takes Two: co-op gameplay premiere at The Game Awards 2020
It has been known since June of this year that Hazelight Games (A Way Out) is working on a new game. It is the co-op action adventure It Takes Two, which is to be released on a date that has not yet been specified in 2021. The team revealed the first details about the content and story of the game a few months ago, but there was no real gameplay to be seen. But that will change very soon.

The producer Geoff Keighley recently spoke up on Twitter. Once again he had some news about the big event The Game Awards 2020 in his luggage, which will take place on December 10th (December 11th German time). There will be several world premieres as part of the award show. One of them is the presentation of the first gameplay material from It Takes Two. In all likelihood, you will soon see a new trailer of the co-op game, in which you will be served real game scenes for the first time. These should then allow some more precise conclusions to be drawn about the individual gameplay mechanics.

The focus of It Takes Two is the emotionally badly battered girl named Rose, who is withdrawing more and more due to the bad arguments of her parents and making two toy dolls. These suddenly come to life, so it is your task to take control and lead them through several levels together. Teamwork in particular plays an important role.
