The tactical role-playing game King's Bounty 2 recently achieved gold status. Accordingly, all work on the release version has now been completed, a punctual release on August 24, 2021 - after several postponements - should actually be nothing in the way. But what hardware do you actually need to be able to plunge into the adventure? The answer to this now comes directly from the developers.

Your PC should have at least an Intel Core i5-4690 or AMD FX-9370 processor and eight gigabytes of RAM. In addition, a graphics card at the level of a GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 480 is required. The recommended system requirements are logically a little higher, but by no means excessive. The memory requirements, for example, are identical, they only increase a little for the processor and graphics card. Most computers should therefore be able to play King's Bounty 2 (buy now) smoothly. Here is an overview of the hardware information:

King's Bounty 2 Gets Release Date, New 6-Minute Gameplay Overview Trailer

1C Entertainment has shared a new six-minute gameplay overview trailer for King's Bounty 2, the upcoming tactical RPG for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The video (which you can watch above) also reveals the game's release date, which is August 24.


King's Bounty 2 was revealed back in August of 2019, though it wasn't formally announced until March of 2020. It intends to take you on a grounded, more realistic medieval adventure in the fictional realm of Nostria, leaving spells and fantastical creatures behind in favor of a gritter take on turn-based strategy.
