The new Nintendo Direct has a date

We don't know if 2023 will really be the last year of Switch. What is certain, however, is that players will not have to wait too long to find out what's new in the console's spring line-up. This is thanks to a new Nintendo Direct, which will be arriving very soon.

The new Nintendo Direct had been anticipated by several rumors, especially by very reliable leakers who had already anticipated some related announcements in the past videogames . In this, the rumors pointed to an imminent event of the Japanese giant, a hypothesis that proved to be correct. The announcement, as usual, was launched on the company's social channels. The event will be visible on the official YouTube channel of the Japanese giant.

When will the new event be held? Very, very soon: the new Direct will air tomorrow, February 8, 2023, at 23:00. As for the content, it is Nintendo itself who informs us of the nature of the event, i.e. the games coming to Nintendo Switch in the first half of this year. The next Zelda is certainly present, but also pay attention to surprises such as the possibility of the release date of Pikmin 4. On the other hand, as anticipated by the Kyoto house itself, the show will last a good 40 minutes and it is very likely that there may be some announcements definitely unexpected. Our invitation, however, is to keep expectations in line with reality: there will hardly be news about highly anticipated games, such as Metroid 4, announced in 2019 and now disappeared from the radar for some time.

Tune in at 23:00 CET tomorrow, 08/02, for a #NintendoDirect livestream featuring roughly 40 minutes of information mostly focused on #NintendoSwitch games launching in the first half of 2023.
