God of War Ragnarok will not have photo mode at launch

Santa Monica Studio has reported that God of War Ragnarok will receive the photo mode only after the launch, through an update which will then be given more information later, so this option will not be present initially in the game but will arrive later.

This is certainly not a big problem, but since there are many users who take advantage of this mode on a rather regular basis even in the previous chapter, it is probably important information for the fans. As reported by the developers in the tweet below, "Photo mode will be included in God of War Ragnarok after launch, we will share more details as we get closer to the release of the update".

Even those who are carrying out the first tests for the publication of reviews, therefore, will not have the opportunity to test this mode of which there is no precise information. Looking at what we did with the previous chapter, however, it should be a rather complete mode, with numerous options to change the graphics and display of the game.

In the God of War of 2018, in fact, this mode allowed to adjust the depth of field, the focal distance, the field of view and the shutter time, as well as apply various filters, change the format of the image and also vary the expression of Kratos and Atreus in the images.

Just yesterday we saw the trailer about the combat and the enemies of the exclusive PS4 and PS5, while we refer you to our recent test on God of War Ragnarok with the review arriving on November 3rd at 5pm.
