Gigabyte's new and eagerly awaited Aorus Gen5 10000 SSD is about to make its market debut and some e-commerce sites have already included it in their price lists. Among these we find Amazon and Newegg, which have proposed the top of the range with a capacity of 2TB, even if for the moment the wording "temporarily unavailable" is reported on Amazon.com. The previous generation offered maximum sequential read and write speeds of 7,000MB/s and 6,850MB/s, respectively. The new 2TB Aorus Gen5 10000, on the other hand, achieves sequential read and write speeds of 10,000MB/s and 9,500MB/s, respectively. Also, while the previous generation had 2GB of DDR4 cache, the new Gen5 has doubled the amount to 4GB LPDDR4.
