Metroid Prime is more than a remastered

Last night we witnessed the first Nintendo Direct of 2023. The Nintendo event brought an avalanche of very exciting new announcements to the table, which excited many fans from all over the world. Among these innovations, one in particular made the hearts of fans leap. Let's talk about Metroid Prime Remastered , a title announced and released within a few hours and which, although it was one of the loudest games, left everyone speechless.

Now, only a few hours after the unexpected release of Metroid Prime Remastered, fans of the franchise are starting to tinker with the game, discovering that, in reality, more than a remastered we are facing a real remake. To underline all the incredible graphic improvements of this new version of Metroid Prime there are several videos, and one of these, the one published on the El Analista De Bits channel, allows us to see in detail all the great differences between the GameCube, Wii and Nintendo Switch.

Not only have the textures been clearly improved, but also the polygonal models, the physics in the environments, and the wealth of components around the maps, demonstrate that we are faced with a remake rather than a remastered one it only increases the resolution. A wonderful surprise then, which brings back the beloved Metroid Prime saga, which achieved a resounding success in the GameCube generation.

The icing on the cake for this announcement was definitely being able to instantly play this great videogame pearl.
