Demon Slayer: Incredible details on the attraction of Universal Studios Japan

Demon Slayer

A few days ago we mentioned that an attraction dedicated to Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba would appear at Universal Studios Japan. What we knew was little, only that it would recreate the world of Demon Slayer. How? Well, now we finally know something more.

A “full body” experience at Universal Studios Japan

Demon Slayer boasts spectacular combat scenes brought back to reality through the new attraction at Universal Studios Japan: As a battle rages in front of you the characters will display their enchanting sword fighting styles.

You will start with Tanjiro's Water Breathing and then watch the other members of the Demon Slayer Corps show their skills! Universal Studios Japan promises a highly immersive, unique and exciting experience that will allow visitors to “experience full-body breathing techniques.”

This then could indicate a virtual reality type attraction or theater 4-D or maybe both.

Details are not yet complete as the park plans to give more information on upcoming content through announcements on their official Twitter channel, announcements made directly by Tanjiro and Nezuko, starting with Thursday 1 July. But guests can definitely expect various limited edition Demon Slayer themed merchandisers and food that will take them into the world of the popular series.

Please note the attraction will be open from September 17, 2021 to February 13, 2022 .
