Total War Warhammer 3 conquers the Chinese market on Steam
Total War Warhammer 3 was announced by SEGA last week and quickly became the best-selling video game in China on Steam, a remarkable achievement considering it's a pre-order of a purely Western-style game.

At the moment in which we write Total War Warhammer 3 occupies the third position among the best-selling games on Steam in Europe and North America while continuing to be first in China, even surpassing a game developed in China such as Tale of Immortal, a hugely successful MMO with over 200,000 active players at its peak.

It is unclear how much the game is actually selling in China as Chinese players access Steam Global via VPN while Steam China will debut in Open Beta on February 9 with two games available , DOTA 2 and Counter-Strike Global Offensive.

Last week Creative Assembly released the announcement trailer for Total War Warhammer 3, unfortunately without revealing any other said on the project and confining himself to confirming the release in 2021 on PC, via Steam and the Epic Games Store. We just have to wait for the next few weeks to find out more about the new Total War game set in the Warhammer universe and made in collaboration with Games Workshop.
