On Sunday 31 January the team won the first race of the Apex Technologies LMP2 Championship (Round 1 TPI Cinema Daytona 120) with a car driven by French driver Maxime Brient. Saturday 6 February will be the turn of the fifth stage of the SCO Sports Car Open Championship in Interlagos (Brazil) with the Mivano Simracing Rosso team leading the standings with 86 points and the Mivano Simracing Bianco team in sixth place with 43 points.
Mivano Simracing Team was born in 2012 and in these almost ten years of activity it has become a team recognized worldwide. Among the ranks of the team there are several professional drivers in the real world including Josè Maria Lopez (winner of three WTCC Gran Turismo world championships and current official Toyota driver in the WEC championship), Danny Kroes (Lamborghini Squadra Corse GT3 official driver) and the drivers Will Tregurtha and Luke Wankmuller in force in GT3 competitions.
