Wuchang Fallen Feathers

Leenzee Games, a Chinese team founded in 2016, has released an 18-minute gameplay video of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. It is an action RPG with a souls-like style. You can see the full movie above. The release year is 2024. The reference platforms are currently unknown.

The gameplay trailer for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers allows us to see the female protagonist of the game. The girl uses a long blade to fight and, on her left arm, she has feathers, which are clearly related to the game's subtitle. Considering that the game will not be released for 3 years, elements such as the user interface are certainly temporary, but already now they allow us to see that the setting will be quite classic. We can see a life bar and a stamina bar, as well as slots for the quick use of items and an experience point counter.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, the protagonist of the game holding a sword The system of combat looks very classic, with melee attacks, dodging and even the classic backstabs, critical hits from behind that do great damage. In particular, these are very reminiscent of those of Bloodborne, both for the large splashes of blood and for the sound produced. We can lock the camera on enemies, to move more orderly during the clashes. We also see enemies drop loot, as is typical for the genre. We also see that the protagonist will be able to use different types of weapons, which will have their own moveset.

The gameplay video of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers ends with a boss fight against a huge creature half feral and half human.

If you are looking for souls-like, know that Dark Souls Nightfall will be the best way to wait for Elden Ring.
