It has been known for some time that the starting gun for the new series Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett will be given in December 2021. However, there was no more precise information. Therefore, the fans had asked themselves, among other things, whether it will start before or after this year's Christmas party. Now there is the answer.

As Disney announced on the official website, the premiere of Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett is planned for December 29, 2021. It can be assumed that the episodes appear on a weekly basis. The first season will have a total of seven episodes and focus on the adventures of the famous bounty hunter Boba Fett. The story should start relatively close to the end of Season 2 of Star Wars: The Mandalorian. Back then, Boba Fett and Fennec Shand had taken the desert palace of Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine. It remained open, however, whether the duo will move on the side of the criminals from now on or take a different path.
