The E3 is back! At least somehow. After the canceled E3 2020, the 2021 edition took place again, but in purely digital form. Nonetheless, there were lots of new announcements and news that we have summarized for you in a large series, including the two freshly presented Guardians of the Galaxy and Battlefield 2042, the completely overhauled Rainbow Six: Extraction or the not-so-cryptic Elden Ring . You can read all this and more in our cover story!But there were also digital events outside of E3 where we were shown games extensively for the first time. For example Far Cry 6: The sequel to the Ubisoft shooter takes us this time to the Caribbean and dares a few other things. F1 2021 also has fresh features in its luggage, which we were able to take a closer look at shortly before the release. The chances are good that we will choose a new series champion in the test in the next issue.
This time our cover story of the last issue can be found in the test section: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. That the crazy adventure We already suspected it had hit potential back then, but the PS5 exclusive really surprised us once again in the test - you shouldn't miss it! Apart from that, we are also putting the new TESO add-on Blackwood, which takes us back to the Oblivion areas, through its paces. And of course we will also provide you with lots of interesting specials, such as a retrospective of the platforming genre.

E3 2021 Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase recap: Starfield, Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5 and more
E3 2021 is underway, and June 13's Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase was one of the biggest events so far. This marks the first time that Xbox and Bethesda have given a major presentation together since Microsoft acquired the game publisher back in September. And it was a pricey acquisition as well: $7.5 billion, to be exact.
First things first: If you want to rewatch the conference, it’s very easy to do. The livestream took place at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST on June 13. You can watch a recording on YouTube. We’ve also embedded the livestream link below, so you can watch without ever leaving this page.

We've seen a generous amount of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 footage. Looks like you'll explore a post-nuclear world, fighting off scavengers and mutants in intense first-person shooter matches. There's also a story about surviving in the wasteland.
The game will be out on April 28, 2022 for Windows 10 and Xbox. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.
