Photo: ©Universal Inspired by the true story of the 1985 plane crash in which a drug courier loses a shipment of cocaine and a brown bear eats it, this vicious dark comedy stars an outlandish group of cops , criminals, tourists and teenagers who find themselves in a forest in Georgia, where a huge predator weighing 230 kilos has just ingested an impressive amount of cocaine and is prowling around looking for more drugs... and blood.

The cast and production

Cocainorso stars Keri Russell, O'Shea Jackson, Jr., Christian Convery-Jennings, Alden Ehrenreich, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Brooklynn Prince, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Kristofer Hivju, Hannah Hoekstra  and Aaron Holliday. Also joining Emmy winner Margo Martindale and Emmy winner Ray Liotta.

The film is directed by Elizabeth Banks from a screenplay by Jimmy Warden. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (for Lord Miller), known for working on Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and The Mitchells Against the Machines, are producing alongside Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman for Brownstone Productions. And then again we find Brian Duffield for Jurassic Party Productions and Aditya Sood always for Lord Miller. Finally, to close the circle, we find Robin Mulcahy Fisichella, Alison Small and Nikki Baida in the role of executive producers.
