EVGA working on its first AMD motherboard?

EVGA has released a new nine-second teaser video that suggests the company is working on its first motherboard based on AMD's X570 chipset. Undoubtedly this is a very surprising move, given that the company is known to have strong ties to NVIDIA and Intel, which explains why, at least until now, it has never produced motherboards for AMD processors or Radeon graphics cards. >
Some may argue that EVGA has made motherboards for AMD processors in the past, such as the EVGA nForce 730a, but, technically they weren't fully AMD motherboards as they used NVIDIA chipsets. According to the short video, the motherboard will be part of the Dark series, which, barring surprises, implies that the motherboard will be called EVGA X570 Dark. The company has always been cautious in making motherboards, usually only producing one or two models for each new chipset.

Fans will be happy to hear that the company is finally working on an AMD motherboard, as they have been clamoring for one for a long time. Ryzen 5000 is among the best CPUs on the market right now, so EVGA took the opportunity to make its triumphal entry into the world of AMD. The AM4 socket was launched in 2016, so EVGA is a bit behind its competitors. Three generations of Zen processors have used AM4, which is now nearing the end of its life cycle, as the Ryzen 5000 (Vermeer) will likely be the last processors to use it. AMD announced a new generation of Zen 3 chips with 3D V-Cache at Computex 2021, but the chip maker hasn't confirmed if they were for AM4.

Now that EVGA has embraced AMD at least on the motherboard front , will the time also be ripe to offer Radeon video cards?
