PS5 beats Switch, PS4 beats Xbox Series X | S at the end of March 2021 in Spain
The hardware and software sales figures for Spain at the end of March 2021 are now available (precisely the period 16-28 March). Through the data shared by the Vandal magazine, we can see that PS5 continues to be the best-selling, surpassing the Nintendo Switch. Xbox Series X | S is instead in difficulty, being surpassed by PS4 too.Here is the Spanish hardware ranking of the gaming world:
PS5: 8,300 units (4,700 standard and 3,600 digital) Nintendo Switch: 5,900 units PS4: 1,200 units Xbox Series S: 500 units Xbox Series X: 300 units Xbox One: 70 units
As you can see, Xbox Series X | S struggles to pick up speed, as we had already seen in the previous Spanish charts. PS5, on the other hand, continues to sell on a regular basis, probably aided by the release of new stocks. Nintendo Switch defends itself, but the units sold are not many considering the games released in this period.
