CES 2022 will be back in attendance in Las Vegas

CES 2022, the world's largest trade show dedicated to technology, innovation and consumer electronics, will return to Las Vegas next year. This is the announcement released yesterday by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). As we know, the Covid-19 pandemic has led to the suspension of numerous events in the most varied sectors and, following a CES 2021 held completely digitally, the Consumer Technology Association has decided to organize next year's event by combining events in presence at digital events, offering access to the main brands.

With the confirmation by the organizers, the dates have also been formalized, precisely scheduled from Wednesday 5th to Saturday 8th January. Those unable to attend the event will be able to follow the conference sessions, keynotes and announcements of the event directly from home. Of course, special security protocols will inevitably be adopted for the event in attendance to avoid the risk of coronavirus contagion. However, once the Las Vegas show is over, new content will be added that will allow exhibitors to connect with virtual users.

Our customers are thrilled to be returning to a live event in Las Vegas. Global brands and startups have shared that their plans are already well underway, and are committed to sharing the magic of a live CES with even more people from around the world, commented Karen Chupka, CES EVP and CTA.

Over 1,000 companies already committed to showing their most innovative technologies at the Las Vegas fair, and considering the period of great technological development, the number is destined for decisive and constant growth. Not surprisingly, the presence of numerous important companies stands out, such as Amazon, Google, Intel, Samsung and Sony, as well as Caterpillar and Sierra Space who are planning their debut for the 2022 edition.

We are enthusiastic to return to Vegas and we can't wait to see many new and returning faces. Hundreds of executives have told us how much they need CES to meet new and existing customers, find partners, reach the media and discover innovation, said Gary Shapiro, President and CEO of CTA.

Great expectation then for the great event that will be able to return in attendance, as well as the Milan Monza Motor Show 2021 which thanks to the decision taken together with the institutional partners of the MIMO, a special plan was created to guarantee adequate safety for all present.
