From what can be read in the recent report published on the Bloomberg pages: these bonuses are part of an annual plan and are based on the company's net profits referring to 2020, which have increased by more than 500%. Of CD Projekt RED's annual earnings, 20% goes to bonuses, with 10% going directly to employees while the remaining 10% goes to the board.
Some employees told Bloomberg who will receive bonuses of about $ 5,000 to about $ 9,000, while other older employees have said they will come close to $ 15,000 or $ 20,000. Managers and administrators are likely to receive much higher bonuses, while only five of CD Projekt's board members will receive monstrous bonuses totaling $ 28 million.
In conclusion, Schreier also points out how CD Projekt is raising the salaries of its employees, especially for those in low-wage positions, for example testers.
