Through a press release, the well-known manufacturer QNAP presented the new TS-x62 series NAS equipped with Intel Celeron dual core processors and available in two variants with two or four hard disk bays. Both models feature one 2.5GbE port and two M.2 PCIe slots for SSD caching, as well as one PCIe Gen 3 slot that allows you to expand NAS functionality with a wide range of QNAP PCIe cards.

Support for Plex allows you to stream media files to your mobile devices, DLNA devices, and TVs using common media streaming devices such as Roku, Apple TV (via Qmedia), Google Chromecast, and Amazon Fire TV. Hybrid Backup Sync (HBS 3) offers various backup options such as secondary cloud backup, local external drives and remote NAS, while you can increase the capacity of the TS-x62 by connecting expansion enclosures, or using HybridMount to mount cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and other popular cloud services.
