With the pandemic still in progress for many companies in the sector it is still difficult to carry out live events, Sideshow did not give up and on the occasion of the Sideshow Micro Con wanted to attend as a distributor the latest news from Hot Toys, the company producer of the most famous Action Doll among all those on the market. Prototypes of many products already announced and available for order were shown during the event, as well as some novelties shown live for the first time. They are all posable figures made in 1/6 scale with clothes in fabric, plastic or even metal.Marvel
The Hot Toys novelties for the Marvel universe concern the Marvel Cinematic Universe, video games and comics. Present for the occasion were the brand new Black Widow and Taskmaster dolls taken from the next film dedicated to Black Widow, the latter have not yet been officially announced but had already been shown in recent months, always on the occasion of similar events. Among the proposals there was also the brand new figure dedicated to the classic Iron Man of comics, announced a few days ago for The Origins Collection line. THE MANDALORIAN: Ahsoka Tano & Grogu Are Brought To Life With New Hot Toys Collectible Set
As long as you're prepared to fork out a few quid, Hot Toys action figures are among the very best collectibles on the market today, and The Mandalorian fans may want to star apologizing to their wallets in advance.
Hot Toys has unveiled some first-look photos of the new 1/6th scale Ahsoka Tano & Grogu Collectible Set, which is based on the characters' likenesses from the recent second season of the live-action Star Wars series.
In one of the season's standout scenes, Ahsoka (Rosario Dawson) revealed the real name of 'Baby Yoda' to Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) after using The Force to glean some information from the young would-be Jedi.

'The highly-accurate Ahsoka collectible figure features a meticulously crafted head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs features and articulated head-tails, specialized physique, skillfully tailored outfit with fine details, a pair of lightsabers, interchangeable lightsaber blades emulating the weapon in motion, and a cloak.
The Grogu collectible figure is featuring a newly developed head sculpt with great likeness, articulated head and arms.'
