The cast of John Wick 4 continues to expand: Marko Zaror, formerly present in From Dusk Till Dawn - The series, based on the film of the same name directed by Robert Rodriguez and scripted by Quentin Tarantino. As reported by Deadline, the role of Zaror is described as "one of Wick's main pursuers". The actor, who played Zolo in the TV follow-up to Robert Rodriguez's 1996 vampire action movie, also had a starring role in the 2020 action movie Invincible, not to be confused with the animated superhero series of the same name. distributed by Amazon Prime Video. His other notable appearances include Alita: Battle Angel and Machete Kills, also by Rodriguez.In addition to Zaror, other major stars have been announced for John Wick 4 in recent months. Notably, Donnie Yen, known for his roles in the Ip Man and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story franchise, will play an unknown ally from Wick's past. Other names include singer Rina Sawayama, Hiroyuki Sanada (Mortal Kombat, Army of the Dead), Bill Skarsgård (IT) and Scott Atkins, the latter of whom recently starred opposite Yen in Ip Man 4. Previous Reeves co-stars Ian McShane, Lance Reddick and Laurence Fishburne will reprise their roles as Winston, Charon and Bowery King respectively.
The fourth sequel to the franchise, initially slated for 2021, has finally been postponed one year due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). In addition to the film, a John Wick prequel TV spin-off called The Continental is in development for Starz, which will follow Winston's early years as the owner of the Continental hotel in New York in the 1970s.
Keanu Reeves and the rest of the cast of John Wick 4 will hit theaters on May 27, 2022.

Donnie Yen, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, Lance Reddick and Shamier Anderson are also on board. Chad Stahelski returns as director.
The film is set for theatrical release on May 27, 2022. Shay Hatten and Michael Finch wrote the screenplay. Pic is produced by Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee and Stahelski and executive produced by Reeves and Louise Rosner. Zaror will play one of Wick’s main pursuers in the film.
Besides Dusk Till Dawn: The TV Series, Zaror was also recently in Invincible. He is repped by Gersh.
