Hawkeye and Ms Marvel confirmed by the end of 2021

Marvel Studios Vice President of Production Victoria Alonso has confirmed that two more TV series will be released on Disney +, Hawkeye and Ms Marvel by the end of the year.

The two series had already been announced for release for the end of 2021, but given the various releases in streaming and at the cinema it would not have been strange to postpone them to 2022. According to Variety, however, Victoria Alonso would have confirmed that both the solo series on Hawkeye and the new entry Ms Marvel will be released on Disney + this year , without however giving further precise indications on which of the two will come out sooner than the other

After a 2020 in full pandemic that blocked MCU projects for a year, phase 4 of Marvel Cinematic kicked off in January 2021 with WandaVision, which earned multiple Emmy nominations, followed by Falcon and the Winter Soldier in March, MODOK in May, and in Giungo da Loki, which ended last week and has already been confirmed for a second season. The next Marvel series to arrive on Disney + will be What If? , consisting of 10 animated episodes that will show alternate realities of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Just about What If? , the first episode of which will be online on August 11, has also been confirmed by Victoria Alonso that the partnership between the Studios and Disney + will allow for further experimentation, producing in the future other animated series after the upcoming one.

As for the films, 2021 has already seen the release of Black Widow, which has reaped excellent results, in particular thanks to the distribution on Disney +, while we will see Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings come out first in September , Eternals in November. The last one to come out should be Spider-Man No Way Home, in December, of which no trailer has yet been released, but leaving the marketing campaign for the toys to show the new costume that Peter Parker could use in the film. br>

About Hawkeye and Ms Marvel

Hawkeye, directed by Johnathan Igla, will see Jeremy Renner return as Clint Barton, joined by Hailee Steinfeld / Kate Bishop, Vera Farmiga / Eleanor Bishop, Kate's mother, Tony Dalton / Jack Duquesne, mentor to Barton and Alaqua Cox / Maya Lopez, also known as Echo, deaf Native American heroine who can perfectly replicate any movement she sees. She should also do the return of her Florence Pugh, the Yelena Belova we met in Black Widow. Apparently, the TV series should take inspiration from the cycle of stories by Matt Fraction and David Aja, recently reprinted by Panini Comics in an omnibus that you can find on Amazon.

Directed by six episodes of Ms Marvel, produced by Bisha K. Ali, will include Adil El Arbi, Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon. To interpret the protagonist Kamala Khan will be Iman Vellani. In the comics, Kamala gains the powers of being able to totally enlarge her body or just parts of her, and, fascinated by Captain Marvel's exploits, she decides to follow in Carol Danvers' footsteps as a heroine. Precisely for this reason, the next film on Captain Marvel, The Marvels, scheduled for November 2022, will see the two characters meet. We strongly recommend that you retrieve the first cycle of Ms Marvel comic stories, collected in various volumes by Panini Comics, or you could play as Kamala in Marvel's Avengers.
