Figurama Collectors, a manufacturer of collectible resin statues, has announced, after the enormous success of the statue of Teresa vs Priscilla, the new Busts for the Elite Bust line. This second and third release, in 1/4 scale, were designed in such a way as to complement the immense statue announced at the beginning of the year from the Claymore manga. The two busts have been designed and sculpted to complement the statue of Teresa vs Priscilla and have been curated by the same creative team and have been conceived to make the most of both divided and in pairs. The news that could make many fans of the manga happy is that the two Claymore will not be the only two releases of this line of busts but only the beginning of a series of announcements. It was serialized in tankobon from 2002 to 2014 and became famous in Italy after being published by Star Comics from 2005 to 2015 with a total of 27 volumes. Claymore also got a short animated adaptation from the Madhouse animation studio, one of the best known in the field of animation. The animated series is a rather faithful transposition of the manga even if it only covers what is narrated in the first 11 tankobons and then ends hastily with an unclosed ending. The story tells the adventures of exceptional warriors called Claymore who are part of an organization with the mission to fight the demons called Yoma. The Claymore, to fight against these monsters, have been subjected to a particular treatment that involves the insertion of Yoma's flesh and blood into the body of the young fighters, thus giving rise to hybrids trained to defeat the enemy.
