Resident Evil x Rainbow Six Siege: new operator coming from Raccoon City?

Resident Evil x Rainbow Six Siege: new operator coming from Raccoon City?

Resident Evil x Rainbow Six Siege

Hard to say how many would have bet on Rainbow Six Siege in the launch period of the Ubisoft title. The French company has been good at holding on, carrying on a support that has been able to transform a limping game into one of the most played and popular titles of the last videogame generation. Now, to celebrate 25 years of Resident Evil, it seems that Siege will open its doors to a new special operator coming from Raccoon City.

There are already many initiatives proposed by Capcom to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Resident Evil , but perhaps the most curious content is yet to be announced. According to what has been unearthed online in these hours, it seems that part of a new collaboration has been anticipated that sees the characters of the Japanese survival horror within the game universe of the still very popular Rainbow Six Siege from Ubisoft.

To give us a taste was a user who posted a couple of photos on the net that portray the iconic Leon S. Kennedy among the operators of Rainbow Six Siege. As you can also see from the images below, it seems that Leon's model from Resident Evil has been remodeled to better blend with the visual style proposed by Ubisoft in Siege, but there is no doubt, it is one of the most loved protagonists of the Capcom saga present in the second, fourth and sixth chapters of the horror saga.

It must be said that, although the photos look real, at the moment we have not had any confirmation on this crossover either from Ubisoft's side or even from Capcom. Ergo, as usual on these occasions, we advise you to take everything with a grain of salt until an official confirmation or denial arrives.

Play Resident Evil 3 As Lady Dimitrescu

If you are not satisfied enough with Lady Dimitrescu’s appearance in Resident Evil Village, modders have a special offer for you on PC. How about Resident Evil 3 Lady Dimitrescu Edition?

It is going to be such fun to play Resident Evil 3 Remake as the antagonist of Resident Evil Village. The mod has been released by Raq, and you can download it here.

Resident Evil 3 Lady Dimitrescu Mod

The modder has extracted Lady Dimitrescu’s model from Resident Evil Village and imported it as the main protagonist’s character in Resident Evil 3. The fun part is, all hair and dress physics remains unchanged. It also supports the full lip-sync of Jill Valentine’s dialogues. As if someone in Capcom has been aware of such a mod. (Thanks, DSOG!)

Resident Evil Village is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. Both next-gen and current-gen versions of the game cost $59.99.
