PS5: the DualSense changes skin! Two new colorways announced

PS5

Since the PlayStation 5 was announced almost a year ago, a multitude of gamers immediately wondered if we would see different colors of the DualSense. The answer is yes, and this was confirmed by Sony a few moments ago with the official announcement of two new versions of the new PS5 pad. As it was easy to imagine, therefore, even the new PlayStation generation will be able to count on a series of pads in different colors.

The announcement was published on the major PlayStation communication channels, and they show us for the first time what will be the two new versions of the PS5 DualSense. Unlike the classic black and white design, Sony has decided to market as the first alternative versions two color pads that reflect the themes of the universe and galaxies, with a DualSense called Cosmic Red and the second Midnight Black.

If for the Cosmic Red version we find a dualism of colors between red and black, with the latter already present in the basic design, the Midnight Black version dyes the DualSense completely black, very closely reminiscent of the dear "old ”DualShock 4 that we have come to love and know during the last PlayStation generation. The black version, in particular, was very popular with fans, so much so that there were also fan-made versions that made the rounds of the web shortly after the first announcement of the DualSense.

With this announcement the possibility of seeing several new colors of the PS5 DualSense in the future is therefore confirmed. In conclusion, Sony has made official that both versions will be on the market starting next month. What do you think of these new DualSense and what color do you like best?
