Epic Games Store

As on every Thursday, you can expect free games in the Epic Games Store again today. This time there are even three full PC versions that you can secure. The activation is planned as usual for 5:00 p.m. German time. Then you have a week to connect the games to your account on the Epic Games Store for free - until April 22nd, 2021.

This time, adventure fans in particular will get their money's worth. One of the full versions is namely the Deponia collection: The Complete Journey. This includes the three adventures Deponia, Chaos on Deponia and Goodbye Deponia. In addition, you can expect more than four hours of developer comments, a world map, a quest log system and much more.

The role-playing game The Pillars of the Earth, based on the novel by Ken Foliett, is also very adventurous. You even have the opportunity to change the events of the novel through your decisions and thus experience an alternative story - at least to a certain extent. The third game in the league is the third-person title The First Tree, in which you slip into the role of a fox who goes in search of his family. In this video we introduce you to the games in more detail:

Sony has announced when you’ll get to play Days Gone on PC. The survival horror game is coming to Steam, Epic Games Store and other digital storefronts on May 19th and it’ll cost $50.

A PC gameplay trailer showed off some of the features you can expect from the port. Days Gone will have visual upgrades, unlocked framerates and 21:9 ultra-wide monitor support. You’ll also be able to customize the graphics settings (unsurprising given that it’s a PC game), take advantage of a super-resolution photo mode and play with first- and third-party controllers. So, if you like, you can play a PlayStation game with an Xbox controller.

It's not often that Sony brings its PlayStation exclusives to PC, but it's planning to do so with more titles down the line. Horizon Zero Dawn made the leap last year.

Meanwhile, PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim Days Gone for free this month. It’s also part of the PS Plus Collection on PS5.
