Mod adds many Kirbys in the remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl

When we talk about mods, we usually tend to focus mainly on the PC ecosystem, where this kind of content has been cleared for several years now. However, there are also a whole series of modders who have begun to heavily modify even some games present exclusively on Nintendo Switch, giving us unexpected content to say the least. This is precisely the case of a modder who has decided to add several Kirbys within the recent remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

The author of this crossover is known on Twitter as Yisuno, and for some month is carrying out a very interesting project of his. On his profile, you can clearly see how this modder intends to fill the remakes of the fourth generation Pokémon games with many, many Kirbys. The pink Nintendo ball, in fact, goes very well with the round and colorful design of the remakes.

--> In this mod, still under development, Kirby not only takes the place of the avatar of the trainer, or trainer, but is also catchable as a Pokémon around the map. As fans of Hal Laboratory's pink ball are well aware, though, there are different versions of Kirby, and this character's ever-changing spirit has also been perfectly carried over within the mod. Kirby, in fact, will have different versions, all with different attacks, animations, models and types.

Alright so this is Kirby's Sand ability in action on my Pokemon BDSP mod.

One of Kirby's best abilities, glad I could add it in with its custom effects and animations.

According to the videos posted by the modder on Twitter, we can see the quality of the animations all different and new to adapt to the models of the different Kirbys. At the moment we still don't know when this very particular mod will be released for the remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl; but the modder has declared that he wants to release everything in the form of a romhack complete with assets.
