Dinner with Crime

Rian Johnson continues to assemble a stellar cast for the sequel to Dinner with Crime, a 2019 film that has met with great acclaim from critics and audiences. This time it's up to Kathryn Hahn, fresh from the success of WandaVision, to join the project. At the moment, her role remains top secret.

The actress played Agatha Arkness, a well-known Marvel comic book character, in the Disney Plus series, giving life to a hit song that quickly became a viral phenomenon. Agatha All Along, this is the name of the song, boasts over four million views on the official MarvelMusicVEVO YouTube channel.

The cast of the sequel will also include Dave Bautista and Edward Norton. The only member of the original film to return will be Daniel Craig, again as the shrewd and brilliant private investigator Benoit Blanc.

Kathryn Hahn joins the cast of the sequel to Dinner and Murder

new film, along with an already announced third chapter, will arrive exclusively on Netflix. The streaming platform has in fact grabbed the rights of the franchise after a mammoth sum of around 400 million dollars.

Inspired by the famous detective novels by Agatha Christie, Cena con Delitto is a crime that sees a private investigator grappling with a terrible murder inside a house where everyone is suspected. The cast of the first film featured illustrious names, including Chris Evans, Don Johnson, Christopher Plummer and Ana De Armas.

Both the second and third Dinner with Murder films will offer viewers very different narrative arcs and they will not be connected to each other. Rian Johnson, therefore, is shaping a real crime anthology.
