Daymare 1994 Sandcastle
Afternoon full of surprise announcements what we are experiencing. Before we had the confirmation of a new State of Play totally focused on the gameplay of Horizon Forbidden West, and now like a bolt from the blue comes the announcement you do not expect: Daymare 1994 Sandcastle. Let's talk about the sequel to that Daymare 1998 that struck us so much a few years ago, with the Italian Invader Studio team that had only scratched the game universe with that first chapter.The announcement comes directly from the pages of IGN and was accompanied by a first trailer that shows us in a few minutes the setting and some first news of this Daymare 1994 Sandcastle. As the name suggests, this time we travel back in the timeline of the world built by the guys at Invader Studio to return in 1994; after having explored the 1998 vintage in the first game and having discovered a lot of the horrifying universe of third-person survival horror.
From the very first information we received today, in Daymare 1994 Sandcastle we will get to know a new perspective of 'Idaho playing as Dalila Reyes, a former government spy now employed by HADES (Hexacore Advanced Division for Extraction and Search). Among the new features, this prequel will include new weapons, a revised menu that will include a new interface and inventory, new puzzles and more.
At the moment we only know this little information about Daymare 1994 Sandcastle, but to provide us with one last important detail is the announcement trailer itself. In the finale of the movie we discover that this new Invader Studio project will not see the light before 2022, and that it will be released for a whole series of gaming platforms such as: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC (via Steam).

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle Announced
Leonardo Interactive and Invader Studios have announced Daymare 1994: Sandcastle, the sequel to Daymare 1998, a popular Resident Evil 2-inspired survival-horror tribute of sorts that became a popular game itself.
In Sandcastle, you'll return to Idaho – or rather, go there for the first time, as Sandcastle is (as the name implies) a prequel to Daymare 1998. You play as Dalila Reyes, an ex-government spy now employed by H.A.D.E.S. (Hexacore Advanced Division for Extraction and Search). Among other new features, Sandcastle will feature new weapons like the liquid-nitrogen-blasting Frost Grip, an updated menu/interface/inventory system, new puzzles, and more.
