Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster will also arrive on PC as well as on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, it is now practically official, and also has a release date with various details relating to the different editions planned, including the Digital Deluxe Edition. br>
After the appearance on the PEGI and ESRB lists, the Steam page of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster in PC version was officially launched, making the matter confirmed, although there is not yet a specific press release by Sega and Atlus. The release date is May 25, 2021, as had already emerged from the previous leaks.

This is, as the title clearly says, the remastered version in high definition of the third chapter of the historic Atlus series, originally released on PS2 between 2004 and 2005. Let's see the synopsis on the Steam page of the game:

The PC version costs 49.99 euros in the standard version, but there is also a Deluxe Digital Edition at a price of 69.99 euros which substantially enriches the contents. Within this we find:

Before you dive into Shin Megami Tensei V later this year, revisit the third installment of the cult classic series in May.


Atlus revealed the release date for Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster and pre-order details for the first of two of its game releases in 2021. Fans can hop back into Shin Megami Tensei III, or play it for the first time, starting on May 25 for PS4, Nintendo Switch and Steam.


Here's the official synopsis for Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster:


'What begins as a normal day in Tokyo turns out to be everything but, when the Conception – an ethereal apocalypse – is invoked. The remains of the world are swallowed by chaos, as a demonic revolution descends into a broken city. Caught between a battle of gods and demons, the choices you make can bring life, rebirth, or death, and determine who triumphs.'


The upcoming remaster will bring the RPG elements that fans of the series have come to expect as well as the following upgrades:

  • Remastered 3D models and backgrounds
  • Additional difficulty settings for players of all skill levels
  • Suspend save – save your progress whenever you need!
  • Voiced audio – choose between Japanese and English VO
  • An alternate branch featuring Raidou Kuzunoha
  • SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI III NOCTURNE HD REMASTER PRE-ORDER DETAILS

    There will be two versions of the remaster for Shin Megami Tensei III available. The first is the Digital Deluxe Edition that costs $69.99 and will be available for pre-order on PlayStation Store, the Nintendo eShop, or the Steam Store.
