Crash Bandicoot 4 for PC is always online but has already been cracked

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time has arrived on PC bringing an unexpected surprise: despite offering a completely offline experience, it requires a constant internet connection in order to work.

An imposition that did not go at all a genius to the early buyers on Battle.net, who in fact find themselves unable to play the latest adventure of the orange marsupial if they are not connected to the network or in the event of a malfunction of the Blizzard servers (something that really happened on March 26 , launch day). Activision has evidently implemented this measure to protect the game from pirates, but here's the good thing: Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time has already been cracked! You got it right, not even two days after its launch, a pirated copy of the title is already circulating on the net, which obviously does not need any connection to the network to work and can be safely played offline. Besides the damage, also the insult for those who believed in the project by buying it on the day-one.

Activision, for its part, has not yet released an official statement on the matter, and we do not know if the Offline Mode will come never implemented in the legitimate copy of Crash Bandicoot 4. The game, remember, is also available on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch. If you want to know more, read our Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time review.
