Hello Games releases No Man's Sky update 3.40. The new patch is available for download on PC and consoles. The developers share the patch notes on their website - and thus the individual changes and innovations. The focus is on the start of the second expedition "Beachhead". "We hope you are happy about the surprises that the expedition has in store", the developers say in the changelog, without going into detail. Players start again with a new save on the same planet. A different pace and a different structure compared to the first expedition "Pioneer" are promised.

In addition to "Beachhead", No Man's Sky Update 3.40 also contains additional bug fixes and optimizations. No Man’s Sky Gets Beachhead Expedition With Patch 3.40, Patch Notes Released

Hello Games has released No Man’s Sky‘s second expedition with patch 3.40, which also brought with it a number of fixes. Players can jump into the Beachhead Expedition right away, with the following fixes applied:

A new pattern is emerging in the stories of the ancient Gek, Korvax, and Vy’keen. Something is stirring from across the universe.”
