Windows 10 will be leaner starting at 21H2

In the second half of the year, Windows 10 will welcome the 21H2 update which will bring with it the restyling of the interface currently known under the code name Sun Valley: it will not be the only change for the platform. The Redmond group will make the operating system more streamlined, eliminating some programs pre-installed up to now that many consider to be on a par with bloatware.

3D Viewer and Paint 3D away from Windows 10

Yes it is about 3D Viewer and Paint 3D, expressly addressed to those who have to do with the creation or management of graphic contents. However, they can still be downloaded and installed from the official store.

Via also 3D Objects which, however, is in fact nothing more than an empty folder located among the elements for quick access in File Explorer. Same fate for the Math Input Panel (in the screenshot below), an unknown utility for writing mathematical formulas.



The change has already been introduced in the preview builds distributed to Insiders. On the other hand, the virtual assistant Cortana will remain an integral part of Windows 10, despite the fact that its role has no longer been central for some time: users are already able to disable the AI, but even after the 21H2 update it cannot be deleted. from the operating system, at least not officially.
