Shortly after the announcement of the acquisition of the Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout team by Epic Games, the news of a further expansion of the company was mistakenly spread.

A twitter published by the official Twitter account of Ember Lab has in fact quickly sparked a word of mouth dedicated to an acquisition of the software house by Epic Games. However, the news quickly turned out to be false, with a denial coming directly from the authors of Kena: Bridge of Spirits. After removing the original tweet, the developers of the promising indie have in fact explained that the previous message was simply aimed at celebrating the future publication of the title, which in addition to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, will arrive at Day One also on PC, exclusively Epic Games Store.

False alarm therefore for the moment, with the software house that retains its independence, while the time to debut on the scene is approaching. With a background in the field of advertising and animation, Ember Lab has in fact only recently approached the world of videogames and the epic of Kena and the tender Rot will represent his first work. With the presentation of the game at the latest PlayStation State of Play, our Giuseppe Arace has created a new preview of Kena: Bridge of Spirits, awaiting the release of the game in the summer.
