Tesla Model 3 2020 vs 2021, the two models compared
In recent weeks there has been a lot of talk about the updates and changes that Tesla is applying on the Model 3 in view of 2021. Today we offer you the video published by the RSymons RSEV Youtube channel, which tells us about the news related to the Model 3 2021 comparing it to a current Model 3.

The video also addresses topics that we have anticipated in the past, such as the modification to the front windows which are now composed of 2 glass panels - instead of just 1 as in the case of the previous model - in order to reduce noise inside the passenger compartment while driving. However, the change concerns only the front windows, while the rear ones have not undergone any changes.

Among the most important innovations relating to the Tesla Model 3 2021 there is certainly the heat pump, installed in the front of the car. Thanks to this new device, the overall efficiency of the car has improved, in addition to the heating capacity of the passenger compartment. This change, however, translates into a reduction in the space available in the front compartment, located under the hood of the car.

The tailgate has also been improved: it has been equipped with a new opening and closing system electric, very fluid and silent. The system is also equipped with a very convenient memory function: you can set an opening limit for the boot lid - for example to prevent it from hitting the ceiling of a low garage, or other obstacles - and to all openings, the tailgate will automatically stop at the desired height.

Attention then shifts to the much talked about new Aero cover for the 18 "wheels of the Tesla Model 3; the coverage of the wheels has been slightly modified compared to the past, we imagine to further reduce the air resistance during driving. Removing the cover was difficult on the 2021 model, much more so than on the old one, and once completed it revealed how the rims of the two cars are very similar, but not exactly identical.

If you own one Tesla Model 3 and you need more USB ports we recommend this very easy to install USB hub.

Finally, the new headlights, which we have also mentioned in recent weeks; to better verify the difference between the optical groups, the RSymons channel has created another ad hoc video, which we report below to show you the differences between the two headlights directly.
