Marracash and Elisa win the Tenco 2022 plates

Marracash, Elisa, Ditonellapiaga and Simona Molinari are among the winners of the Targhe Tenco 2022, the recognition given since 1984 to the best Italian author song records released during the past year and whose awards for 2022 were announced just yesterday . This is certainly the case of rapper Marracash, who wins the plate for Best Album ever for Noi, them, the others, the his album released this year in which he navigates the boundaries of the rap genre, opening up to different influences and experiments and above all to a rather unprecedented intimate story. Remaining in the albums, it is Ditonellapiaga, the young artist who distinguished herself at the last Sanremo with the duet with Rettore Chimica, to win the plaque as Best Work before her thanks to her debut album Camouflage, winning the competition of artists such as Blanco and Ariete. The song O maybe sei tu by Elisa, written together with Davide Petrella, is chased by the title of Best Song, surpassing other titles such as Tiritera delle canzoni che volano sung by Alessandro D'Alessandro with Elio & David Riondino or Ok Boomer by The Zen Circus and Brunori Sas.

In the Song Interpreters category, Simona Molinari wins with her album Petali, while other awards include the best album in dialect, namely Jastemma of the Neapolitans' A67. Finally, Ferdinando Arnò was awarded the plaque for the best collective album, The Gathering. All the Tenco plates will be officially delivered during the Review of the Author's Song - Tenco Award, to be held at the Ariston Theater in Sanremo from 20 to 22 October next
