The Game Awards 2022, here's the first news

The first absolute novelty emerges that will be presented at The Game Awards 2022: this is the new game of Airship Syndicate, authors of Battle Chasers: Nightwar, currently called Skylight, waiting for a more precise announcement.

Tra the "world reveal" foreseen, as per tradition, within the Geoff Keighley show that will air in December, we can therefore expect the first presentation ever of Skylight, whose code name, apparently, also corresponds to that of the largest city in the game world.

There are no other details about it, but looking at the illustration released by the team it seems to be a title characterized by a fantasy setting with a rather particular style, in some ways not very far from the previous Battle Chasers: Nightwar but with a different tone. It also seems that it is based on an online world, which suggests MMORPG-style grafts, or something closer to Warframe, as it seems to have also been indicated by the developers.

The Airship Syndicate team was formed in 2014 by various ex-members of Vigil Studios, the team responsible for the Darksiders series, at the closure imposed by the bankruptcy of THQ. We remind you that The Game Awards 2022 will be held on December 8, 2022 and will obviously be followed very carefully on these pages.
