White Day
PQube and the developers of SONNORI have announced the release date of White Day: A Labyrinth Named School for PS5, Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch. The Korean survival horror will be available on these platforms starting September 8, 2022. Furthermore, as previously announced, the PS5 and Nintendo Switch versions will also be sold in physical version.We also report that these new current gen versions include over 30 original costumes previously released as DLC. The announcement came via a tweet from the publisher that also includes a short trailer for White Day: A Labyrinth Named School.
White Day: A Labyrinth Named School is a survival horror developed by the Korean SONNORI team set in the classrooms and corridors of a high school. The protagonist and some students remain trapped in the building despite themselves and will have to contend with a crazed janitor, ghosts and other creepy supernatural creatures. There are no guns or other firearms or melee and therefore the player will have to escape and hide in order to survive, while at the same time looking for an escape route from the haunted school.
Below is the official description of the game:
"When a good deed provokes effects contrary to those hoped for, you and your fellow students find yourself locked inside the school during the night, persecuted by a killer janitor and the restless souls of the dead", reads the synopsis of the game.
"Will you be able to stay hidden and uncover the dark secrets of the school so you can survive? Or will the after school horrors take hold of you before you can escape?"
White Day: A Labyrinth Named School is also available for PS4, PC, iOS and Android. A little over a year ago, the sequel, White Day 2: The Flower that Tells Lies, was made official, with a teaser trailer.
