The release of the manual Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft, published in Italian last June 21, had been accompanied by controversies related to the presence of some errors in the pages of the manual, which included both technical game terminologies that deviate from the game's history nomenclature and some inconsistencies with the translations previously made by Wizards of the Coast.

Among the errors in this quest at the first edition of the manual, among the most criticized by Italian players are Omnivedente, Eater of minds and Damned Spirit, new translations of iconic monsters such as Beholder, Mind Flayer and Wraith.| ); }

The pdf of errata is a one-page document that corrects and clarifies part of the text, both of a general nature (they are translated correctly the names of Beholder, Mind Flayer and Wraith), as well as some specific terms taken from chapters 1 to 5.

In the errata there is also a note stating that these corrections will be applied to future publications.
