The Core i5-13600K outperforms the Ryzen 9 5950X in some benchmarks

The Enthusiastic Citizen user of the Chinese forum Bilibili has published some rather interesting screenshots presumably featuring the Intel Core i5-13600K processor, a product that could have an excellent quality / price ratio, especially for overclocking lovers. Indeed, as evidenced by the images provided, the CPU is able to outperform the mighty AMD Ryzen 9 5950X in CPU-Z and is just 7-8% slower in Cinebench R23's multi-core test.

Obviously, this is only a prototype, specifically an ES3 (third revision of an Engineering Sample), but with a QS (Qualification Sample) configuration. As for the specifications, the processor is equipped with six Performance Cores and eight Efficiency Cores for a total of twenty threads, while the Turbo frequency on all cores is 5.1GHz and the amount of L3 cache on board is 24MB. Consumption, at least on this specimen, is quite high, as we are talking about a maximum of 173W at 1.31V, but it is possible that they are optimized on the final version of the product.

In the future, Enthusiastic Citizen has stated that it will also publish the results of the actual QS specimen it owns.
