The measure is envisaged for all people with an ISEE income of less than 50 thousand euros "in a condition of depression, anxiety, stress and psychological fragility, due to the pandemic emergency and the consequent socio-economic crisis, who are in a position to benefit from a psychotherapeutic path ".
How much is it? For each session, you can receive a maximum of 50 euros, but the total amount that you can access depends on your ISEE. With Isee less than 15 thousand euros, you are entitled to a maximum amount of 600 euros for each beneficiary. With Isee between 15 thousand and 30 thousand euros, you are entitled to a maximum amount of 400 euros. With Isee between € 30,000 and € 50,000, you are entitled to a maximum amount of € 200.
How do you apply for it? There are two possible ways to access the contribution. The first is the web portal, by accessing the Psychotherapy Sessions Contribution service online, which can be reached via the home page of the Institute's website inps.it, and following the path: Benefits and services> Services> Access point to non-retirement benefits and accessing through via Spid, electronic identity card or national service card. The second is the integrated contact center, which can be contacted via the toll-free number 803.164 (free from a landline) or the number 06.164.164 (from a paid mobile network, based on the rate applied by the various operators).
How is it used? Each beneficiary is given a unique 12-character code, which identifies the contribution assigned. For each psychotherapy session, this code must be communicated to the professional, who, when booking or confirming the psychotherapy session, must indicate it in the appropriate section together with the tax code of the beneficiary. The amount will then be paid directly to the professional in the manner indicated by him.
How many times can it be used? It is a one-off contribution, therefore paid only once and can be used by each beneficiary for as many sessions as it is possible to finance through the amount paid.
When can it be used? Applications to request it will be open on July 25th. At the end of the application, scheduled for October 24, the rankings of those entitled will be drawn up on the basis of the available resources. The benefit will be paid primarily to people with the lowest ISEE, based on the order of arrival of the application. The beneficiaries will then be able to use them.
