Assassin's Creed: Fans organize a farewell event for multiplayer

Assassin's Creed

Several months ago Ubisoft announced the imminent closure of multiplayer servers of some chapters of one of their popular franchises. These are three titles from several years ago such as Assassin’s Creed 3, Brotherhood, and Revelations. In these three titles there was a large online multiplayer component that was not very successful, but despite this the fans of the saga are ready to say goodbye to this mode by celebrating it in a very particular way.

To give the right farewell to the multiplayer modes of the three Assassin's Creed already mentioned above, a series of fans are thinking about it, who are organizing an event open to all those who own the games in question both on consoles and on PC and who they want to return one last time to play online on the aforementioned. As announced with a recent on Reddit, for the duration of six weekends there will be moments in which to return to populate all the multiplayer servers of the titles of the Ubisoft saga together.

The organizers of this beautiful gimmick recommend playing the PC versions of the three games, but it is pointed out that anyone who wants to can try to play also on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. It is very likely, however, that most players will find themselves on PC, and since there is no cross play feature available, it is not certain that the sessions on consoles are well populated with fans.
