Teamgroup's DDR5s “fly” at 6600MHz

DDR5 RAM memories are making their way, albeit very slowly due to the selling prices that are far from cheap for now. A few days ago we talked about the new Geil modules with active cooling, while this time it is the turn of Teamgroup, which through a press release has recently announced two new 32GB (2x16GB) kits of the T-FORCE DELTA RGB series. As you can guess from the name, these are models with RGB LED lighting, one of which with low latency CL30 with a frequency of 6000MHz and the other with a higher clock of 6600MHz.

Being DDR5, the modules integrate a power management chip, which, according to Teamgroup, is also designed to ensure maximum stability during the most expensive game phases in terms of hardware resources. With a nod to overclocking, the new T-FORCE DELTA RGB kits adopt a heatsink made of aluminum alloy material, assisted by a special silicone for cooling, thus optimizing the efficiency of heat dissipation even when pushing. more about frequencies.

Staying on the subject of DDR5 and overclocking, AMD has recently filed a new patent for a technology capable of automatically test the RAM memories, in order to facilitate overclocking in any system configuration. The technology generates specific profiles for each configuration, loading them each time the PC is started. This new feature has also been confirmed by MSI, of which it has also revealed further details, in addition to the name.
