Pandora Box, the financial police kidnaps more than a thousand illegal consoles

Pandora Box

The Guardia di Finanza of Novi Ligure has seized more than a thousand Pandora Boxes for the crime of piracy. For the uninitiated, these are consoles assembled to emulate the old cabinets. These, in fact, are used for retrogaming with titles like Super Mario. As they are, in fact, games protected by copyright, the eight people responsible for their assembly and sale have been reported for violation of this law.

Retrogaming The hardware that goes to setting up these consoles is perfectly legal. However, Pandora Boxes already have thousands of games in them that are copyrighted. The legal problem, therefore, arises due to the sale of these software within the console. The titles in question are all linked to the 80s and 90s and, as mentioned, contain famous characters such as Super Mario.| ); }
This measure comes only a week away from what is now known as LAN-Gate. Although these are two radically different situations, with eSports halls which, in fact, are not guilty of any copyright infringement, these are two major legal actions related to the world of video games. We'll see if this too leads to an attempt to regulate products like Pandora Boxes.

Pandora's Box is a genuine, fun shop devoted to witchcraft and pagan interests

If you visit Salem, Mass., there are probably three 'witchy' shops or boutiques for each of the 19 accused who were executed in the 1600s during the Salem Witch Trials. Lotta competition in the Witch City.

In our corner of the world, we are fortunate to have the beguiling Pandora's Box — A Mystical Shoppe in Norwich. It's an excellent emporium catering to the appetites of those who follow the Craft or various threads of paganism and the Olde Gods. It's also a fun and different gift store with all manners of spell kits, herbs, crystals and oils, amulets and jewelry, clothing, literature, incense and music and even — yes! — brooms.

Owner Allison JoAnne is kind, patient, witty and devoted — the perfect proprietress to cater not just to regular customers but casual shoppers as well.
